  What is "SOGECASH NET" ?

SOGECASH NET is an online banking service of Société Générale meant for corporate clients, to help them with remote and secure management of the cash flows of their businesses.

Being away from your branch and as a SOGECASH NET subscriber, at any time daily,

You may access:

  • Your account information: balance, account statement, estimated transaction details;
  • Online services : form downloads, foreign exchange rates.

You may carry out :

  • Local or international transfers
  • File transfers

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Who can access SOGECASH NET ?

All Société Générale Corporate clients may access this service. To subscribe, please contact your Client Services Advisor. You will need to sign a SOGECASH NET subscription contract.

You will be given either a secure USB key or a digipass, once you have completed the subscription and selected an authentication mode.

Non-clients may equally access the service by opening an account in any Société Générale branch.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  What equipment do I need to access SOGECASH NET website ?

You will need a computer with an internet connection including an Internet Explorer version that is 128-bit SSL (Socket Secured Layer) encryption compatible.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


  What is SOGECASH NET access cost ?

SOGECASH NET monthly subscription fee is at least € 20.00 (excluding access and connection fees). For further details, please contact your Client Services Advisor and you will be explained all subscription methods.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


 What is SOGECASH NET-provided security ?

The security and confidentiality of your  bank details and transactions are guaranteed by SOGECASH NET through :

  • your subscriber code (internet access code) and highly secured authentication set-up;
  • a high-level 128-bit SSL (Socket Secured Layer) encryption system. Your access is encrypted in such a way that nobody can know your subscriber code or bank details. As a result, you will read “https” in the URL;
  • Firewalls set up by Société Générale.

 How can I connect to SOGECASH NET ?

You will just need to type https://sogecashnet.societegenerale.ci in your browser and log in according to the authentication mode selected upon signing the contract (digipass or electronic signature)

 

 

 

 

 

 



  What codes are required to access SOGECASH NET ?

To access SOGECASH NET, you will need:
  • a subscriber code (internet access code) you were given when you signed your contract;
  • an authentication set-up : a digipass or an electronic signature set when completing your subscription.

 

 

 

 

 


 What to do if I lose my subscriber code and user authentication ?

If you do not remember your subscriber code or if you lose your authentication set-up (digipass or electronic signature), you may contact your Client Services Advisor. You will be given your subscriber code, or an authentication set-up will be re-allocated and handed to you.

Once such request is made, you are recommended not to use your SOGECASH NET subscription until your new authentication set-up is delivered to you. In so doing, your access to the service will not be blocked again.

 

 

 

 

 


 What is the difference between digipass an electronic signature ?

Both connection methods provide same security level.

  • digipass enables you to access your accounts from any workstation, and no software installation is required. This is a hand-calculator capable of generating one-time passwords any time you are connecting;
  • electronic signature, unlike digipass, requires a plug-in that can be installed on any workstation.
